I am writing to provide feedback via the RE/MAX Client Satisfaction Survey for Sandy Ernst and her assistant, Lynda Ernst. Sandy and Lynda are AH-MAZ-ING! These two women are bright and shining stars! We absolutely adore them and are so appreciative of the time and attention that they spent to ensure that our real estate transaction went as smoothly as possible. They continuously went ‘above and beyond’ to ensure that we were happy, felt supported, and all of our questions were answered. Service is all about anticipating needs and proactively addressing them, without anyone having to ask- that’s what Sandy and Lynda do best! Their communication is impeccable! They constantly kept us apprised of the latest status updates and ensured we understood our options throughout the process. They were available anytime we needed them, day or night. Despite all of the obstacles we encountered, they never lost sight of the end-goal. They were positive and maintained a sense of humor, even when things got tough. Sandy and Lynda helped us with our first home 10 years ago. Since then, our relationship blossomed. Sandy began as our realtor but ended up as a friend. That’s what differentiates Sandy from others. She operates with the highest ethical standards and treats you as if you are a member of her family. She will only do what is right by her clients. Would I use Sandy again? There is no other option, she is the BEST!
